With two top 20’s under belt including “Bad Babysitter” and “Perfect Exceeder” (#3 on the UK charts), Princess has recorded 7 astonishing albums. She has had numerous collaborations with amazing musicians and producers of such musical variety that few can rival. To name a few: Armand Van Helden, Moby, Kool Keith, Prince Paul of De La Soul, Chilly Gonzales, DJ Hell, The Prodigy (she was featured on their album which went to #1 in the UK,) the legendary Arthur Baker (who made the groundbreaking “Planet Rock” with Afrika Baambata and “Blue Monday” with New Order,) Stuart Price (Madonna), and more.
Her dance smash with Larry Tee “Licky” was featured in two #1 movies the Judd Apatow film “Get him to the Greek” with Puffy and Russell Brand; and “Hall Pass.” She was featured rhyming on Grandmaster Flash’s album which also featured Q-Tip, Busta Rhymes, Snoop Dogg and other hip hop legends. She was even also an early producer/mentor of the #1 artist Lana Del Rey.
“I’m a Firecracker” featured producers like the Rural, who have produced the Gorillaz and Beyonce; Nyceboy, smash producer of JLo/Fat Joe; Shawn Lee of the Ping Pong Orchestra; plus Princess’ own inimitable production.
Princess has collaborated with famed comedian Margaret Cho; and she was also featured on Inside Amy Schumer Season 4, rapping on a hilarious skit called “Beautiful.”
In 2019 Dior Beauty and Easy Spirit Shoes use “Perfect Exceeder” as their commercial soundtrack. She also released a compilation of B-sides and Rarities called “Look What I Found 1995-2019” featuring production by Andrew Wyatt (Miike Snow, Lady Gaga), Junior Sanchez and more.
And hot off the press is the hilarious and poignant “Errybody Quarantine” produced by 3013 Music (Black Eyed Peas, Crazytown) to get you through these challenging times! A celeb-filled video has dropped to much acclaim. December 2020 saw the release of “The Best of Princess Superstar” featuring a remix of her smash Perfect by house legend Todd Terry, plus a remix by Supermini Music which hit #1 on the Aria charts in Australia.
