REFUNDS ON SERVICES:
If your request is i) denied or ii) not completed within the designated time frame (due to no fault of you), we will refund 100% of the amount you paid for such service upon your request submitted through the “Contact Us” form.
In the event a Trusted Professional cannot perform the Purchased Services within the applicable time frames due to your actions (or inactions), you will not be entitled to a refund and all amounts paid to us will be forfeited (“Forfeited Amounts”). You and we acknowledge and agree that the Forfeited Amounts shall each give rise to liquidated damages and not penalties. You and we further acknowledge that (a) the amount of loss or damages likely to be incurred by us is incapable or is difficult to precisely estimate, and (b) the Forfeited Amounts specified bear a reasonable proportion and are not plainly or grossly disproportionate to the probable loss likely to be incurred by us.
REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS:
Digital products purchased on Indie Amplify are Non-Refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, Contract Agreements, Artist Checklists, Digital Books, Vocal Templates, and Digital Files purchased for entry into Contests.
REFUNDS ON OPPORTUNITIES:
Indie Amplify is not responsible for refunds on events purchased through the Site. Please refer to the refund section of the Terms and Conditions for the purchased opportunity.
